Experience

2025 - Present

Innovation Commons, Penn State University

  • Informed a client application’s navigation tab redesign by conducting user interviews and usability testing with 11 participants, delivering 4  prioritized UI recommendations to the client. 

  • Accelerated design development with the client through building two low fidelity wireframes, and a 45 screen interactive Figma prototype, that the client approved for further development. 

  • Quantified usability of 6 client interfaces by writing 3-5 task scenarios each and analyzing data from 20+  participants to calculate System Usability Scale scores. 

2023 - 2024

Visual Processing Psychology Lab, New Mexico State University

  • Ran two concurrent  studies focusing on visual search and initial visual fixation. 

  • Operated eye-tracking equipment for data collection.
